With over twenty years of international experience in marketing and sales in leisure and tourism for top brands, in audiovisual production as well as management consultant, Frederik held executive roles in various companies, from startups to listed ones.


While being C.E.O. of Userfarm, major player in video crowdsourcing, he pushed video makers beyond their comfort zone asking them to produce increasingly innovative vertical formats.

 

While in charge of the business development of IEN, a group of SMEs in the culture, event and movies sectors, he brought together the best features of each business unit to create new edutainment experiences like La Divina Bellezza in Siena and the touring exhibition Pompeii the Immortal City currently presented in the USA.

Earlier in his career, he held the position of Vice-President Corporate Marketing of Costa Crociere in Genova and Vice-President Marketing & Sales France of Disneyland Paris. He started his as consultant with Roland Berger, Management Consulting Company.
